Had very pleasant stay for my great nieces wedding. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the restaurant as well as taxi. Thoroughly enjoyed the room in the out buildings bedroom, my bed was comfy.

The hotel's location was convenient in the neighborhood of Kings Lynn. Tried some takeout specials at Little Gary's Place, luckily it was not too far from the venue.

Everything about it was great. Booked the hotel for its particularly good location close enough to bar/restaurant, the outskirts of the town, and centre.
The staff were terrible rude, didn't expect that coming.

The location was excellent - next to Access the pub. Plus, I could reach Saham Mere not very far from the hotel. In overall the room was neat and with comfy beds.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms, although dated, were incredibly comfortable and provided a much-needed rest after a busy day. The breakfast spread was great, with a variety of options to choose from. We were particularly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in the area.
